I lie naked on the beach, covered on a “body” that fits with my body, and waiting for the water to wash over me. As sunset falls, the cold causes my uncontrollable body to shiver, breathing, toes rubbing against each other, and my fingers digging into the sand. The performance continued for about three hours until the entire sunset.

By showing the intimacy between man and nature, I metaphor the notion of family to the homeland and the contradiction between privacy and publicness. The video represents my discomfort with nature through my body's unconscious shivering, breathing, and clutching at the sand. As the sun goes down and the sea constantly submerges me, my numb state tries to escape quickly, but my body cannot move. Until the end of the video, only the sculpture remains on the beach, and the sound of the sea is muted. The body's response to nature explains the individual's vulnerability in domestic relationships and the insignificance of the private individual in public areas.
